I ordered the kit and the teeth whitening was fast and remarkable.

However after 1 month, the blue laser light device would no longer work.

I contacted customer service, they agreed to send a new device, that also malfunctioned after around 2 weeks.

I informed customer services again, they immediately decided to refund £5 to my account, before they asked what they would like me to do.

That does not make up for not being able to whiten my teeth fully, the product would be great, if the blue laser light did not malfunction after 1 month.

As a result, I was not able to whiten my teeth as much as I would like and when my teeth begin to discolour again, I cannot restore them to their former colour.

I am very disappointed by this.

i am using dr georges dental white gel but cannot use the trays as i couldnt get them to mould to my top teeth very well, i am putting a thin layer over the teeth with a cotton bud twice a day and leaving it on for 10 minutes at a time, will i still get the same results on the teeth as using a tray does ??
